7. Service Availability and Performance

  • You may export your account data within 30 days
  • We may delete your account data after the retention period
  • Outstanding fees remain due and payable

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notices. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
